With reflections of past success, the focus shifts to what is to be expected throughout 2022.
BGaming’s 2021 Reflections
Since its inception, BGaming has been climbing the ranks and becoming one of the most successful iGaming providers in the industry.
Throughout 2021, the studio has doubled its GGR, bets, and bet count compared to the previous year. In the stats, there is also evidence of a 1,25x growth in cryptocurrency.
Many factors contribute to the impressive growth including BGaming obtaining a Malta Gaming Authority license and gaining entrance to the LATAM market. BGaming was present in 405 online casinos by the end of 2020. From there, they extended their partner list to a whopping 709 throughout 2021. Thus, experiencing a 175% growth in 12 months.
Of this partner list, there is a big share of rapidly growing crypto projects which come in high demand with the newfound popularity of digital currencies. As the first iGaming provider supporting cryptocurrencies, BGaming continues to gain new players.
Not only have the numbers doubled but the BGaming team has also doubled in size. The main goal is to continue growth which is only possible with a great team that can adjust and be flexible. As the team grows and learns, the quality of internal communication increases allowing what is released to be even more efficient and stronger. This is according to BGaming Executive Director, Marina Ostrovtsova, who believes growth occurs when you push the boundaries.
New Innovations in 2021
Throughout the year, BGaming added 11 new slots to their growing portfolio and presented new mechanics. This includes the first refilling reels slot Bonanza Billion along with the first multiplayer crash game Space XY. The popular BGaming slot, Elvis Frog in Vegas, also saw a continuance with the release of the Aloha King Elvis slot.
The Fruit Million slot was released in December 2020 and has also seen rapid growth multiplying results by 13 throughout 2021. The concept of the ‘shapeshifter’ slot being able to change skins for occasions including the festive holiday drew many players and experts. In fact, BGaming is shortlisted for GGA and IGA awards thanks to this less conventional game solution.
It’s not just new games that captured the industry attention, BitStarz, a top online casino released stats showing that Aztec Magic Deluxe and Elvis Frog in Vegas were the most played throughout 2021.
According to the CS Marketing Manager at BGaming, Kate Puteiko, the success stems from the BGaming teams’ ability to focus on the entertainment needs of players. A large contributing factor is also their ability to focus on partner needs and deliver exclusive, high-quality experiences to their players.
